WAB
World Run Day is back for another year! The event takes place on
Sunday, November 15, 2009 from 9:00am-12:00pm on the WAB track.
This annual fundraiser raises money to pay for school tuition for
migrant children at the Taoyuan and Yuying migrant schools. Students,
teachers, and families are invited to join the WAB community and enjoy
a morning of running, jogging, and even walking to support the cause..
Bring a water bottle, running shoes, comfortable clothing, a snack, and
good spirit to run.
You can make donations on the day of the event or find sponsors to
pledge money for every lap you run. 100% of profits will support the
education of these migrant children.Sponsorship forms are available to
print out and can also be found in the Elementary reception, WABX
office (HUB), or CAS office (HS).. For more information, see the school

I am thrilled to see that World Run Day is still an event at WAB since we started it in 2004. I wish you great success for this year's event. Well done WAB!
